Plenty Wednesdays

We have plenty of things in our life….good friends, great food, lots of space and….plenty of fresh coffee!

On the plains and mountains of Peru, there you will find a Viscacha (vis-KA-cha). Cousin to the Chinchilla, but they have ears that are long and upright and they are neither the bunny rabbit, for their  tails are long and curly.

I love to share totally unrelated coffee topics such as this one!  Still a cute little creature you can now share with friends! Onward to the weekend my friendly Viscachas!!

Back at work for a full week this time...holidays have been hard with everything falling mid-week.  Child back in school and everyone back to some sort of normalcy...with some New Year new-ness to it all.  The weather has changed quite a bit in the past few days...like its the coldest time of the year in Austin.  I found this cute picture and labeled it Layers....

Here we are First Friday of the New Year!  What are you daydreaming about?!  I'm sitting at my day job and just made coffee for the office.  I send out cute and funny emails to let everyone know that coffee is ready!  Here's the one for today:
